focus4IT is committed to providing our customers with quality products and service. This policy details how to return a product purchased via our website to focus4IT.
Please note that all products are sold with a manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise noted.

Dead on Arrival, Damage during Transit or Incorrectly Shipped item
If a product purchased from our website is dead on arrival (DOA), damaged in transit or does not match the item on the Purchase order, you must contact focus4IT within 7 days. After 7 days we may not be able to accept the product for Return and you must then follow the return/warranty procedures as documented by the Manufacturer.
The following information will be required for Returns:
Name and contact details of Purchaser
Purchase Order and/or Invoice number
Product Item code of the part to be returned
Serial Number of Product
Details of the problem
Whether item delivered has been opened and used.
After contacting us to advise the above you will be asked to return the product to us complete and boxed as initially delivered. All packing materials, manuals, DVD/CDs, warranty cards and any other accessories must be included as provided by the manufacturer.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
A 'DOA' product is a faulty Product that failed as soon as it was used out of the box. The DOA period for each Product can vary but is normally 7 days.
Damage during Transit
We ask that you do not to accept delivery of the product if it has been damaged in Transit. Advise the Courier to "return goods to sender" and notify us immediately. Once it has been confirmed that the Product was damaged in Transit to the address on your order, we will issue a Credit for the purchase amount.
Incorrectly Shipped Item
Once we verify that the item does not match your order, normally within 7 days, we will issue a Credit for the total purchase amount.
All costs associated with returning the items to us are your responsibility. If returning the item by Post we recommend using certified mail. We reserve the right not to accept goods for Return that are damaged during transit to us or if the item is not properly packaged with all contents intact.
We will check and test the item within 14 days of receipt. If the product is found to be in working order as described by Manufacturer or not damaged as per the details provided or the damage has been caused after the receipt of the product, the products will be returned without Refund. We may charge for labour to test the product and the shipping costs to return, payable on issue of our invoice.
Manufacturer's Warranty & Return Policy
Any product defects or malfunctions after 7 days of receipt will be covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty for that product. In the first instance, you must contact the Manufacturer and follow their Warranty and Returns procedures. Should the Manufacturer request that you return the product to focus4IT, you should contact us as soon as possible and provide the following information:
Name and contact details of Purchaser
Purchase Order and/or Invoice number
Product Item code of the part to be returned
Serial Number of Product
Details of the problem
Reference or RA number supplied by Manufacturer
Returned products may be tested by us if requested by the Manufacturer. If the product is found not to be faulty and cannot be returned to the Manufacturer, we will charge for labour plus any shipping costs to return the product to you.
If the Manufacturer requests the product be returned to them for repair or replacement, you must pay for any shipping costs to their location. If the product is returned to us by the Manufacturer and you request we then ship to you, we will charge administration and shipping fees plus any charges issued by the Manufacturer. We will require full payment of our Invoice prior to returning the product to you.
Returning a product to our stores
You may also return product to our store in Five Dock Sydney, please ensure you bring a copy of the packing slip, invoice or other proof of purchase. If returned within 7 days due to Dead on arrival, Damage during Transit or Incorrectly Shipped Item, we may be able to replace the item if purchased item is in stock at our store.
